Ginger rules. It's spicy and sharp and big and flavorful and basically all-around awesome. So we fussed over making sure we did it up right when we started making it into a lolly. We dressed it up with a touch of wasabi to give it a hint of burn, to drive the point of ginger home to your eager tastebuds. And what is the point of ginger, you ask? We're not sure. We're confectioners, not therapists. But there is a point, and it's a delicious one.
