5….4….3….2…1…. Houston we have lift off. The Aurora Rocket clock blasts onto the scene in a blaze of mood enhancing colour. Featuring all the colours of the rainbow (and a few more just for good measure) the gentle ambient light soothes and relaxes while also telling you the time. There are twelve colours in total which can alternate on the hour every hour. At over 25 cm tall when standing on its rocket fins the Rocket alarm clock is quite big and gives off lots of mood light. Although designed as an alarm clock which could be used in the bedroom the mood light feature makes it an ideal accessory for any part of the home where seductive ambient lighting is could be used..
Supplied with a mains adapter the Mood clock can run in one of three modes. Mode 1 gently melts from colour to colour as the hours pass by and creates a wonderful soft night light for those of you who are afraid of the dark. Mode 2 is discreet so you can still use the clock at night if you prefer but it won’t light up or show the time until you press the main clock display and stays on for 30 seconds. Mode three is a demo mode which scrolls through the colours one after the other and creates beautiful flowing mood light.
The alarm is dead easy to set and beeps while the rocket flashes to wake you. It also features the deadly feature that we all fear, the snooze button!
