It operates by replacing the wine dispensed from a completely sealed bottle with argon, an inert gas twice as dense as oxygen, which forms a barrier between the wine and any air in the bottle that maintains the wine’s true flavor and aroma to the last drop. Modified for home use from the professional system favored by restaurants and wineries, this unit holds up to three bottles at once and dispenses wine from spigots. This enables you to pour small single servings of three wines at a time – perfect for wine-tasting parties.
