Description
he Kamoi Company had been manufacturing adhesive tape for industrial use for 80 years, until a note arrived in 2006 that changed their world. The note¹s authors were designers and artists who had been using the masking tape in collage, wrappings and other artworks, and they were ready for a wider range of colors. Intrigued, Kamoi collaborated with the artists to develop a line of masking tape of varied widths and unconventional hues, and even a new dispenser. The result is Japanese Colored Masking Tape, made from smooth, almost transparent washi, which literally means "Japanese paper." It¹s easy to tear by hand, removable and re-stickable, and won¹t harm surfaces. Since you can write on the tape, it¹s ideal for color-coding boxes and files, scrapbooking and eye-catching memos. Made in Japan.
