We’ve all seen those amazing Jagermeister shot chillers at bars that look like something out of Dr. Frankenstein’s laboratory. The procedure is simple. Fill the top loading chamber with ice. Put the custom stopper in the mouth of your favorite bottle of liquor and place the bottle upside down in the top of your Cool Shot Dispenser. That’s it! When you open the valve to pour a shot, the alcohol flows from your bottle through a series of aluminum pipes in the ice chamber. The alcohol absorbs the cold and not the water! The result: a perfectly chilled shot with no change in flavor or consistency. As the ice in the chamber melts, it pools in a small reservoir with a spigot for easy draining. Just add more ice, and more liquor, as you party builds.
